Hi all, I’m looking for my next turnkey deal. I do not have time to work on a property (or even fly out for closing, etc). But I come to the table with a 20% down payment, a pre-approval, and a little experience with investing. Anybody know agents in St. Louis I can connect with to find my next deal? A deal I can do remotely? Thank you!

My main focus is a property that has A+ management, <$125k, cash flow positive, and in a blue collar market. Also hoping acquisitions and signing can take place virtually. I will be reaching out to several of you to discuss some options.

I currently work full time so looking for an out-of-state turnkey property with solid PM. Specifically on the lower end such as Memphis, Dayton, Baltimore, Kansas City, etc. I know some reputable turnkey providers but there’s a couple things I see wrong: 1) the markups are astronomical and 2) there’s a waitlist. I understand these companies need to make $ but anybody have suggestions, specific providers, or advice for finding a provider and getting a relative value?
