good morning everyone! I am curious to know where to find foreclosures. I don't have much startup if any so the lower the price for the house the more likely I am to do it however I'm not finding anything as low as needed such as 30000 - 50000 that will only need a small rehab. Any suggestions?

hello and good evening everyone I'm Leah from Richmond! I have a little background in real estate and I have flipped houses before. I am wanting to get back into the market and make flipping a career I enjoyed it greatly and I was sent here by suggestions of friends to look for a hard money lender.
