Hi Kata

There seem to be a few people on here from New Zealand. I am in Tauranga. There are a lot of changes going on with the laws and tenacy act at the moment. A good place to check out is the New Zealand Property Investment chat group on Facebook. Good people and advice on anything IP. Where do you think you will come back and live? 

Hi to my fellow kiwis and all other BPers. I am in Tauranga and am new to investing and learning so much through this. There so many ways to invest and so many different investments I am constantly being surprised by what I learn. I am hooked! Would love to know if there is anyone local to me. I know there is a property investment meet up here in Tauranga which I will go to.

At this stage only New Zealand. I want to get the NZ process right and get a few houses under my belt before dipping into foreign investment. I wouldn't rule out overseas in the future once I was more confident in knowing the processes.

Hi everyone

I am Leanne, from Tauranga New Zealand. I work in administration but my passion is property investment. I just completed a 3 day weekend Legacy Education seminar. It was great that it movitated me, I learned a few new things and I met some great people but I didn't take on their other programs that they offered. I have 1 rental property I got a few months ago and want to build a portfolio. I am here to meet like minded people and learn as much as I can.
