@Jeff Rich... yes, we had a snow day and ended up cancelling that class. Have not put it back on the calendar yet to teach it. We typically do record all the presentations and add them to the Nomad Real Estate Investor Podcast (you can search for it to find it on your favorite podcast app). Hope that helps.

I believe there is a gap in the market of financial advisers that are proficient at advising on real estate as well as stocks, bonds, insurance, cash flow planning, social security, etc. I think you'd do well focusing on that as a niche. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss more.
