Honestly, they claim to be investors, but maybe theyre average consumers trying to get a good deal by playing as an investor.

I see your point. I feel like other wholesalers are making it difficult for honest wholesalers like myself to do business with buyers. I'm no lazy wholesaler, I do boots to the ground every Saturday and Sunday.

Thanks for your response..I guess I should go back to using the MLS

So, My cousin is a realtor here in Atlanta, GA and she has access to the MLS system and has helped me find homes that most buyers would jump at the opportunity for. A few buyers, however, have stated that they do not want homes from MLS or HUD. Their reasoning behind this is still a mystery to me. I have done ARV calculations on a couple of HUD homes that I'm looking to get under contract in my area (Decatur, GA) and the resale value is around 160k at the low end and 225k at the high end, with purchase prices between 65k and 110k.

My question to you all is, as a buyer, what reasons prevent you from purchasing a home listed on the MLS or HUD?

I have a foreign (Gulf) investor that would like to do Business with me, provided that I can get him certain information pertaining Properties here in GA. 

He is asking for the tax implications (Fed, State, local) to invest.

I currently Reside in Atlanta, GA. 

Does anyone have any knowledge on this?

Hey ladies & Gents,

I'm a new wholesaler here in Atlanta and I just want to network at this time and gain advice from more experienced veterans. What are some do's and don't? If you're a wholesaler, what should I do to provide the best and quickest service for my buyers? Are bandit signs still  a good way to attract buyers?
