Hello BP Members,
My name is LeCardi and I live in Virginia Beach, VA. My beautiful wife and I are brand new to the real estate investing world and we are as excited and eager to learn thus business as ever. After years of watching HGTV, DIY, and essentially any real estate show we can find we have decided its time to educate ourselves and make it happen! Our primary interest is in rehabbing and a long term goal of having several buy and hold properties. We recently attended a real estate investor seminar where they wanted us to pay $1,000 to start learning the business and we each agreed that with access to the internet and books, we could figure this out ourselves. The first resource I came across doing research was Bigger Pockets. My first impression is WOW...THIS SITE IS EVERYTHING WE COULD ASK FOR. We are reading the guide, and listening to the podcast back to back! I look forward to interacting and learning from you all, and more importantly making our first deal!
