My wife is a Realtor for 2+ years and I have been studying real estate investing for some time. We are ready to take the plunge and get started on our first deal. We have found a local property that we are interested in for a Fix-and-Flip. We have done all the homework: calculated costs, rehab, time, comps, etc. and we know we can make money on this home. We are looking for someone to partner with as an investor. We are hoping to find someone that can work with us for a cash loan on the purchase and rehab while we do all the work and split the profits.
