Hello fellow BP members,

I am a new member from Palm Bay FL, but commute to work in Orlando. I am close to retiring as a teacher/coach. I begin dabbing in RE in 2005 when I purchased a multi-family property with a quit-claim which eventually gave me enough equity to purchase the home where my family and I currently reside. I have also bought/sold other properties since then. My objective is to become more educated in REI, and to find an area of specialization that I can utilize as I transition into what will be my second career (usally callled retirement :)
