 @James Wise:

 No, they only manage their own apartments/condos.  But either way I would prefer to manage my own to start out.

 They give me a discount on rent because I live in one of their buildings.  Is this what you mean?

Hi,

My name is Zach, I'm 25 and living in Milwaukee, WI.  Have a bachelor's in finance, and am currently working for a development/property management company downtown as their accountant.

Last month I moved here from northern WI, where I have a duplex and my personal single family (now rented).  I am unfortunately renting downtown because I had to move quickly when taking this new position, but I am hoping to find a nice investment property to owner occupy asap.

Currently looking to make any connections I can here in Milwaukee.  Lenders, RE agents, and other investors.  Not really sure where to start.
