Hi Bigger Pockets fam, I am a new investor looking to partnership with someone with more experience, to learn the ropes and contribute with capital for the investments. I think I need to increase my capital, so I am thinking that flipping and/or wholesaling will probably be where I would like to start learning and then move to buy and keep.

Hi BP fam,

I need to incorporate, but don't know if I should go with a LLC or (S)LLC, is there advantages from one over the other? is there any company in the BP network that is recommended to use to incorporate?

Regards,

Awesome! thank you for your prompt response! this helps a lot and to give you additional feedback, this is our primary, so we will use the exception as we had lived in this home for 5 years.

Hello BP fam,

My wife and I are newbies, on real estate but had take a leap of faith to build a new Financial Life!

We are planning to use the gains of our home sale on investing, and currently working on getting our business established, and we have a question (may be more a CPA question :) but your feedback is greatly appreciated; do we need to fill a 1031 form? The gains are less then $250K and we filled our taxes as joined.

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Regards,

Gabe
