Hey everyone,

I'm a U.S. born citizen but have been living in Sweden for several years now, where I and my wife reside. We're looking at buying a SFH in Ohio or Arizona (where we have relatives) as an investment property for the long run. We're a bit confused about our financing options - my credit history hasn't existed for many years in the states so is it worth trying to get a loan through myself or to apply for a loan as a foreigners (with a higher down payment is okay). Or perhaps there are other options we're not aware of?
