My name is Valentin, I am a part-time real estate enthusiast/investor since 2001. I consider Southern California my home. When it comes to real estat my short term goal is make all the good choices that will allow me on long term to achieve a solid stream of passive income in order to secure my financial future.
I first heard about BiggerPockets in a Smart Passive Income podcast... (I believe.. :D)
