Thanks Scott, I'm just northeast of Atlanta I'm hoping numbers hold for this area. Currently researching we will see, really want to move and get into the Tampa market. Thanks again.

Thanks Anthony Cretonio, yeah I'm up to podcast 11 at the moment. I don't know if you've seen them yet but there are some good AskBP podcast as well, you should check them out.

Hello everyone,

My name is Lennie Holland, I'm currently a golf course superintendent with lots of various project and construction experience. My job has made me into a "jack of all traits" with knowledge of anything from accounting, budgeting, construction, plumbing, etc. However not much experience with real estate investing,

I do have one rental property. I hope to flip my first property in the near future. I'm currently working on getting my real estate license and reading everything I can find on REI. I don't really have much capital, unless I sell my rental, at the moment but I do have excellent credit and I'm sure that's going to come in handy in the near future.

I joined BP for the great resources to learn and hopefully meet some new friends along the way. I have a tremendous amount of work in front of me learning REI, hopefully I won't fall flat in my face to many times. Thanks and have a great day.
