Hello,

My name is Len. I live in the Kansas City area. Im interested in SF, Duplex, and four plexs. I do have one rental that I stumbled upon years ago. My goal is to be able to quit my well paying job in the next five years and invest in realestate full time. Like many people I have no idea where to start.
