I have talked to a CPA I'm trying to gain a lil more knowledge on the matter.(from hopefully more knowledgeable people). I do have enough knowledge on some of it to say this is true or that isn't true. Thank you for your reply.

I have a job were I make about 140k. I also have 4 rental units. What is better a llc or a s corp. Its more for tax purposes. I owe consistently in taxes
