@Dominick Prevete do you provide with a fixed rate ? Or adjustable after 5/6years?

@Bill Couture this really interested me! I’m on the same situation and would love to combine all my properties. Do you do as a 20 year fixed rate ?

This is a portfolio deal. 2-6 multi home and 1 -3 multi in Massachusetts, for $1.9Million.

What would you do or what type of lending would you recommend  if you want to put down as low as 10% ? Every lender i know always require 20% and thats  a bit much for us right now. What are your recommendations?

Thank you!

Any inputs on a ARM loan on a investment property? I'm on a process to buy a deal 2family and 3 family in MA for $500,000 With a 20% down.

The rates for the arm loan are a lot lower then a regular conventional loans. Anyone with experience and tips for us?
