@Justin Elbrus thanks I’ll look into them! Have you used them for any funding?
@Ilmar Molder, sr. Yes

@Marc Rice thanks. I’ve looked more into Lima and patch of land.

@Otto Kinn I could do either 17th or 24th. What time are you thinking?
@Ilmar Molder, sr. I was recently reading about this. Not sure there’s an easy way to know who is occupying it... but if there are renters you will have to honor their current lease until it’s over (or so I’ve read and is the state in my state of ND).
@Dennis J Marsack circling back on this- any luck with getting a personal loan for the first deal?

@Michael Kinsella I have looked here as well. Some just don’t seem like the have the best reviews when I research them further.
Was also hoping to get some real world feedback on newer investors that have had (or have not had) success with any in particular. I’ve done a lot of reading on here, too, in regards to some of the bigger ones people have used and their experiences. For instance patch of land, lending home, etc.

@Kevin Romines thank you! Yes I have a pretty good grasp on the hard money loans and what they entail. I’ve done quite a bit of research and looking at lenders. I appreciate your refresher!
I’m kind of asking more or less if anyone has found a good, honest, reliable one to work with in the Midwest that is willing to fund newer investors.
Do you lend in north and South Dakota?
Thank you!!

Having trouble finding a reputable hard money lender in my area. Looking for company who funds ND/SD for new investors with no deals completed yet.
Any thoughts??? Much appreciated! I don’t like feeling behind the 8 ball if I find a good deal for a fix n flip. I know it’ll be more difficult getting approval for the first couple, but if ya never start......
