Quote from @Sylvia Santelli:

You have been working so hard and are so motivated--- congrats on being so close! Since a it's multi-unit, I'd probably only furnishing one unit and LTR the other(s) like others are saying. It takes alot of capital to furnish-- whatever you budgeted, it's probably more. I started my MTR journey with a multifamily property as a LTR and slowly converted it one unit at a time and was really happy with that approach. I don't know your market at all, but it's common for neighborhoods next to the hospital to not always feel safe to out of town nurses--- so just know proximity isn't always the main point. I like to check furnished finder for demand in my exact area. I'm sure there is though! Good luck this week!

That's a great idea.  Thank you Sylvia.  I haven't pulled the trigger to put an offer on it yet.  I got a little spooked but I'm gonna put an offer in this week.

Were you able to see that property? If not, let me know if you'd like me to get you into anything. Feel free to give me a call or shoot me a text.

I tried to book it on ShowingTime but the agent said I needed to give a 24 hour notice.  I should be back down there next weekend.   I will let you know.

@Leslie Daniely that is awesome to hear!!  Does the property you found need any rehab?  Would you move in to one of the units or are you looking to have it a straight rental?

It will be a straight rental.  It's needs light rehab. A contractor is walking the property with me this weekend so I will know more then.
