Welcome to BP. This site does have a lot of resources and resourceful people in the community so take advantage of it. FYI I used to live in Savannah and left in 2013 and I remember pooler was growing rapidly. Is that growth in pooler ongoing?

Just curious, if I already have an LLC that I registered for a different business, say retail, can I use the same LLC for real estate business?
