Hello Everyone. I go by Denise and I want to be an Investment Property Guru, sooner than later. I am thirsty for knowledge and a quick study to boot. I am located in Columbus OH and I want any and all information I can obtain.  I would love to meet someone who has been successful in obtaining investment property who is serious and giving with their knowledge. I am the definition of driven. If I am not successful, then it wasn't meant to be. I expect greatness.  I am looking forward to getting knowledge and sharing my success stories with others. Bigger Pockets has been awesome for clearing the cobwebs in my head. So far so fantastic!!  What is the first book I should purchase for a newbie? Let me know...time is money!!
