Hello my name is Lewis and I've recently started wholesale of single family homes. So far I haven't been getting much luck.  I want to learn how to get better at it and be more successful in my endeavors. Right now I find that I can easily find properties but have been finding difficulty showing proof of funds making people  willing to  wholesale their properties. On top of that I don't know where I can find wholesale investors.  I really hope I can find some fine folks on here that can help me with funding. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and I can't wait to get to know the other eager investors on here.
