Thanks Richelle, I am looking to invest in and develop all types of projects (commercial development, rehabs, single family, etc...) around the country, especially the midwest. I am from, and have family in Columbus, OH and would be very interested in finding out more about your projects.

True @RichelleThomas I agree with your point. I know the same thing is happening all over the country but at a much slower pace than it should. Gentrification is not necessarily a bad thing if it improves a failing community.

People are nomadic, so I would't worry about the population of cities declining as much because they are more likely to move back to these same cities when the cost of living becomes much less than where they currently reside, in my opinion.

Hello BP community, I am new to RE investing and am located in Las Vegas, NV but am looking to expand into other areas of the country (especially the mid west and down south). I not only want to invest in real estate but I am also interested in developing as well. I am looking forward to interacting with the members here and learning as much as I can about the field and hopefully get some very valuable contacts. Thank you.
