Hey everyone,
I’m a commercial and residential agent based in the Bay Area, and my main focus is in multifamily properties ranging from 2 to 60 units in the South Bay.
I’ve been active in this market for over 3 years and have been coming across a steady flow of off-market opportunities. I’m always looking to connect with serious investors who are buying in this space — whether you’re adding to your portfolio or looking for your next value-add deal.
If you’re actively buying or just want to network with someone who’s deeply involved in the South Bay multifamily market, feel free to reach out or message me directly. Always happy to connect and exchange insights.

Hello everyone,
I’m in Need of some help. I’m old enough and make enough to where I can help my mother with her finances. She has been getting charged an insane 8% interest on our home.
I want to get on title so that I can help her refinance. I was wondering what y’all think the best course of action is for something like this. I’m familiar with a grant deed and a quitclaim deed but don’t know which would be best or if there’s better alternatives. I’m looking for speed and something affordable. If anyone has any good real estate attorneys they would like to recommend that would also be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone.

Hello,
I want to get started in wholesaling real estate but I can't find a good purchase and sale agreement or an assignment contract. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can find these? Thanks in advance!
