Hi there,

We plan to sell a house we just bought a year ago due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will use the same agent and title company that we bought the house with, however, title company is charging us 2k for the seller title fees. This number seems very high considering we just bought the house a year ago, and we know buyer is also paying a title fee as well (we did that last year). Is this price a reasonable ask by the title company?

Thanks
