Hi Shannon,

I am from the same area as you and just came across your post. Did anyone respond to you? This seems like it would be a great opportunity.

Regards,

Liam

Thanks Zev! Yes I agree with you but I am trying to narrow it down so I can finally pull the trigger. In a perfect world someone in my market would say this is an amazing deal, you must buy it! I know that is not realistic being a first time investor. As I gain experience those deals will come.

Hello All,

I am your textbook case of someone who has studied real estate investing but has never done anything. Recently, I have been asking myself why the hold up? What are you stuck on? The answer I come up with is should I buy a few properties that are lower in price and still Cashflow? Or should I buy in my market (Danbury, CT) where the prices are higher, approximately 300k-600k.

Where are you seeing the best CoC returns? I am open to any and all feedback to help me "get off the pot" if you know what I mean.

Thank you.

Hi Sergio,

I am from Danbury as well and would love to meetup and see if we can help each other out. I heard about the I-84 corridor meetup but not sure if they have been meeting or not.

Hi Bogdan,

When and where are your meetups? I'd be happy to attend.

Hi All,

New investor and pro member here! I am looking to make it big enough to eventually get on the podcast! I can't thank all of you enough for your useful insight it has made learning so much fun and efficient. Does anyone have any tricks or tips on how to find the contact info for a property that appears to be abandoned? The property is in NY. I understand there are subscription services for this but was hoping to get an idea of what most people are using. Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Liam
