Thanks for all the Welcomes. I have been spending my days reading, listening and researching. OMG.. It's a lot of information. I completely understand how committed you have to be to be involved in this stuff. If I wasn't at the end of my rope, I would walk away. But I am at the end of my rope. I'm so over working for with no end insight. So I will keep reading and listening and soon I'll be asking questions to improve my understanding. I am new to real estate investing. I need a major change in my life. I can no longer work for someone else. I am to unhappy. I have always been interested in real estate but never had the nerve to get involved. I have reached a point of no return. It's either this or nothing. I am in the learning stage, so any and all information I gather will be helpful. Thanks
