I have experience working as a realtor, but I'm thinking of getting into investing.

My idea is to find a broker that won't make me split commission on my own deals. But that provides support on transactions. Maybe paying an annual fee that covers all, or something like that.

I'm a realtor in San Antonio TX looking for a broker. On paper, texas broker sponsor looks like a good fit.

Does anyone have experience working with them? please tell me about your experiences with this company. Also, if you have a company or broker you would like to recommend, that would also help.

Thanks
