Hi everyone! My name is Linda based out of Los Angeles. I just wanted to share my experience with Subto with Pace Morby.. I joined in May of 2022. I had very little prior real estate experience before joining. I was burnt out from the medical field. In my gap year between my bachelors and medical school I was working long hours as an EMT to collect clinical hours. Realizing late that medicine was not my passion anymore I went down the google rabbit hole of finding another way of making a living without sacrificing my life at the same time. I discovered real estate and Pace Morby on youtube. Pace Morby was holding a free challenge to get your first wholesale deal. I followed all the steps and teamed up with some of his students and was able to land my first wholesale deal through his free challenge! Fast forward 6 months trying to juggle long hours as a EMT and real estate at the same time I wasn't able to get my 2nd deal. Which was completely my fault of not being consistent. Also around the same time I lost my w2 due to health issues. That's when I decided to take a leap of faith and join subto. The community in subto was life changing. Teamed up with fellow students and deals started flowing in. Pace Morby has built a mentorship/community like no other. I am truly thankful and bless to have met Pace and this community.
