@Vaughn Smith Exactly. It’s quite volatile right now. Several agent colleagues of mine have lost deals in the last few days because their buyers have been unable to obtain the loan that they would have been able to get a month ago. And now on my investing side, my partners and I are planning out all of the different levers we can pull as the coming weeks and months pass. Besides the potential issues with buyers for the properties we’re renovating finding loans (and all the potential challenges there), what impact will there be to our construction crew, availability of materials, etc? Lots to think through and plan at this time, which can be challenging with all of the rapid and unexpected changes we are seeing each day.

Good afternoon BP community - I'm a NJ real estate agent and investor. As we approach the close of Q1 2020, I was thinking about my own personal investment goals for the year, and if I am going to hit my mark for Q1. What is your 2020 investment strategy? How are you tracking for Q1? What challenges have you faced? What are your expectations for the remaining 3 quarters?

Good afternoon BP community - I'm a NJ real estate agent and investor. As we approach the close of Q1 2020, I was thinking about my own personal investment goals for the year, and if I am going to hit my mark for Q1. And that got me wondering about my fellow local investors - what is your 2020 investment strategy? How are you tracking for Q1? What challenges have you faced? What are your expectations for the remaining 3 quarters?
