Thank you for all the great information we are open to making upgrades to places.  How are the LTB laws for removing tenants to do upgrades.  My current rentals are in Ontario and it is nearly impossible to get anything done as a landlord.

Thanks

Lindsay

I'm currently an investor in Southern Ontario and am very interested in investing in Saint John.  Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent that has experience with multi-family?  I would love to connect with Saint John investors to hear your experiences and advice on investing in the Saint John Market.

There looks to be a considerable number of affordable multi family homes on the MLS. Are there any areas that are better than others or should be avoided?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can give.
