What percentage of people actually chose to wholesale over listing on the MLS?
Do they choose this out of necessity or convenience?
Do you operate the wholesaling side and the MLS listing side as two separate businesses?

Hello All I found a 4 house portfolio that looks good on paper. The agent has provided projected net and monthly income as well as projected tax & insurances amounts. Other than crosschecking tax and insurance information, the only thing I know to do is to request a copy of all four leases. The seller has stated no showings until an offer is accepted. I know this is pretty common and understandable since all 4 homes are occupied.
My question is, is there anything else I should be asking the seller to furnish? Is it really safe to buy make an investment like this without viewing it first?
