Has anyone used the Rental Property Calculator in TOOLS? I found that's a very nice tool. But it seems that the commissions are not deducted in 'Total Profit if sold'. (I thought the commissions should be deducted from the profit since the home seller is paying.) As a result, this might overstate the profit and return.

What do you think?
