Thanks for the message Nathan I would love to connect with you and learn more about investing in properties in the LSU area, if you have the time. I have cash and also would like to learn about different loans that are available to start out in this on my new investment venture. If you have any information, I’m all ears and open to learning.

Looking to invest in condos or townhomes near lsu or other colleges. Also interested in multi family homes. Any information is greatly appreciated and just excited to start this new investment journey.
