Hello, as a new agent I am listing my rehabbed house for sale. The house has been in market for a while and we have lowered the price twice, lower than the average CMA price. To let agent realize the house, I am consider to have an email campaign by sending email out to about 1000 agents. To do this, I first need to find a virtual assistant to input the email and phone number. Any one has any recommendation for data input virtual assistant using the MLS information? May I give the user name and password to the assistant? Is it allowed to send the flyer of the house to other agents by email?
