I would think accepting a offer and having a ratified contract that are signed are two different things. I know in our contract that we signed after accepting a offer also contained a "No Knockout Clause" with this, the seller could not accept any other offers once we signed the contract, without this they could have taken a better offer on the property even after we signed the contract. This was in Maryland.

Hello,

I am currently looking to build relationships in Maryland with fellow investors, and cash buyers. Let me know what you are looking for and the area, and price range with contact info and if I have a deal in your area maybe it is what you are looking for and we can strike a win/win deal.

If you have something you think I may be interested in please let me know.

I agree that our children should know more about how to balance a check book and financial literacy. Let it also be known many schools are not teaching how to write in cursive any longer, so many cannot even sign checks or address a envelope. Partially to blame is technology and the internet, as we send emails and pay bills online verses by mail now a days. My oldest daughter (almost 20) ask me how does she get credit, this is something that needs to be addressed in schools.

Hi,

Why are you not able to get a 30 year fixed mortgage anymore? Also I see many posting about 203K loans, I thought you can only get these for primary residences. Any info would be great.

I am currently searching for closing agent in Maryland that has worked with investors in the past. Looking for someone that allows double closing and willing to offer a discount for large volume of closing. Looking to form a long term relationship that will be beneficial for both.

If you know someone and would like to offer a referral that is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

In Maryland after the first year a lease goes month to month unless a new lease is signed. With that either party can end the lease with a 30 day written notice. If the tenant does not leave after the 30 days then you would need to get the courts involved.

Amazing, I would buy it if I was in the market :) Great job.

Hello, my names Lisa, Mother of 2 daughters.

I am just in the beginning stages of creating my real estate investment business. my plan is to get my business up and running and buy my first property within the next 90 days.

I am in the 4 state region so plan on my market area being MD,PA,WV and VA to start. I plan to start with wholesaling, once I have capital I want to fix and flip then add in rentals for cash flow.

My long term goal is I would like to be able to leave my desk job and be my own boss within 3 years.
