Hi James.  Thanks very much!!  Good question which I don't yet have a solid answer to.  The idea of flipping excites me but I'm not sure how practical that is, given that we live in Bermuda.  We need something that we can do remotely with visits to the area from time to time.  Investing in residential condos seems like a safer and perhaps more realistic possibility.  That said, I didn't even know that wholesale real estate was even an option until I landed on this site, so I'm now curious about that too.  Clearly I have lots of learning to do in order to make a more informed decision.  I'm interested in building a relationships with people who can help me learn, grow and make sensible decisions as a start.
