Thank you. I’m a new investor and looking at the various options to kick start my real estate investing career. I can afford the new mortgage payment, but concerned about borrowing money to invest as all investments come with some risk.

I do not have a house lined up as yet as I’m still learning and not quite ready to make that initial step. But when I do reach a comfortable point to invest, based on my learnings, I wish to be prepared financially.

I'm thinking of refinancing my personal home to start investing in real estate using the BRRRR strategy. Thoughts?
