Hello Everyone,

Thank you for such a warm welcome.  Yes, we are familiar with small multi-families, but we are interested in learning about passive real estate investing and syndications.  This is all new to us.  It's sounds like this is going to be a great place for us to learn all about this.

We own and manage a couple of small multifamily homes.  We are interested in learning more about how to invest in real estate.
