Eric H., I believe I do. I’m in Gwinnett county and every open commercial space is being bought up and developed. I can see that many folks that have utilized their land for mobile living are ready to sell. There are also very old settlements in the midst of the new development that needs to be gentrified yet because of probate issues the homes remain as an eyesore. Why would there be a shortage of buyers looking to claim all of this land and make it profitable some how. My thoughts about it. I totally understand your response if we are talking just a general residential area not on the way up industrially and economically. Yes I think there are some deals here. How do I let it be know to viable buyers?

I have found many motivated sellers on and off market but it is a task to find buyers. Craigslist ads are not working and being a hound at auctions seems bothersome - what to do?
