Welcome to BP. It's a great website.

I'm working through open homes and trying to get an appreciation for what property is really worth, rather than what the listing prices are. It's taking some time but I know it is all part of the process.

Thanks Jon. I'll be looking around the low $100,000's and weekly rents to pay for all expenses. I'm only just starting out so need to get my head around everything.

Hi everyone. My name is Nigel Swadel and I live in Palmerston North, New Zealand. I am a real estate investor although I am yet to purchase my first real estate investment. I will initially look at purchasing positive cash flow property with a buy and hold mentality. I will consider other avenues once I am comfortable I know what I'm doing. Can't wait to interact with all the other members and help each other in our real estate investment journey.
