Stephan, if all goes well, my dad would be taking out a loan for the mortgage and I would pay him back for it as I collect from my renters and save money. I don't have established credit, and once I do, I would then have him sign it over to me. So I believe pre approval would not be a necessity in my case, correct?

Hello, my name is Liz, I feel young for this site (21) but I want to look into duplex rentals - I live on one side and rent out the other to cover my mortgage. Can anyone on here help me get started with this endeavor?
