Would you all want to meet this Thursday, 8.30.18 ? I'm open on time, would 6:30 work? We could go to Emils Hideaway, or Fongs, or Zepplins?
I'm open on any of it, but wanted to throw out a possible plan. @Austin Davis had mentioned he's done meetups in the area before.

I'm also late to the party, but I live in the Cedar Rapids area as well and am really interested in investing/real estate. Maybe we could start a meetup, I listen to their podcasts on BP all the time, and I know that they say it's the best way to connect and learn!
