Decided against going to"Rich Dad Poor Dad" thanks for the advice. I was not interested in a sales pitch. I'm looking forward to continued learning on this site and others. I am going to a local meeting on the 18th and getting ready to listen to show 10 now. Have a great day all.

Hi! I am new to real estate investing and to this site. I just finished listening to The Ultimate Beginner's Podcast and will be going to a seminar tomorrow "Rich Dad Poor Dad". My husband and I have been working with Peter V. coaching us on this process and we are looking also to find local groups/investors who we can share experiences with as well. We live in the Monroeville/Plum area. Any feedback and guidance on where or who to hook up with would be greatly appreciated. I am a real estate agent and my husband has great experience in heating and AC. I look forward to meeting you all on here and some in person.
