Wholesaling. When it comes to real estate investing, the easiest way to get started is wholesaling. Why? Because you don’t need any money, you don’t need any credit, and you earn your profits within days (not months). Second, you’re not actually taking title to the property, so you avoid all the risks. With wholesaling (aka “assignments"), you're simply get a property under contract and then sell the contract (not the property) to another investor. If this sounds good, then you need to attend our January LAC-REIA meeting because we have the #1 authority on wholesaling.

Special Guest Speaker. Our guest speaker will be Daniel Tremello, the man who invented wholesaling. Well, not really, but he makes it easy to understand and implement. Buying Out-of-State Properties. If you’re into “buy and hold” strategies, then the smartest thing you can do right now is to buy out-of-state. After all, why buy one house in Los Angeles for $800,000 (with negative cash flow), when you can buy eight $100,000 houses in another state and enjoy positive cash flow. And why deal with landlord headaches when you can use “turnkey” companies to manage these properties. The marvelous thing about turnkey companies is that they do everything for you. The find and buy the house, renovate it at their cost, rent it to a qualified tenant, sell the house to you below market, manage the property, and then send you a check every month. 5th Annual Los Angeles Real Estate Grand Expo

We are very excited to announce our 5th Annual Los Angeles Real Estate Grand Expo. The Grand Expo returns on Saturday, October 26, 2024, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We're taking over the entire Iman Cultural Center for the day - it's all ours! The North Hall (vendor exhibition area), the South Hall (workshops), and the middle parking lot (loaded with workshop tents and food trucks). The theme of this year’s Grand Expo will be “Hedge Inflation - Buy Real Estate”

Last year, the Grand Expo was the largest real estate event in Southern California! We had over 800 investors, 64 vendors, and 12 national speakers! This year will be even BIGGER!
