@Sam McCormack I appreciate your input definitely looking near me to get started so I can have easy access to the property while I learn more. Tough market out here!

Hello, my name is Logan. I'm trying to get into realestate investing. Does anyone have any tips and recommendations to share that can give me some insight on how to get my first property. I'm in Colorado and the market here is just crazy so wondering if I should look out of state also? Thanks!
