If you don't mind a newbie coming I would love to attend if you have a date set. Any Friday works for me. If it is on a Saturday however it depends if I can escape work for that day.

Thank you all for the greetings! I will definitely be in touch and learn all you are willing to share. 

To answer a couple questions I am going to be starting out just focusing on Kearney and the surrounding areas. However that can change since I've been debating moving to Lincoln Ne. 

I'll be in Omaha Aug 17th for the REIA meeting accompanied by my sister who is interested in hearing more about investing. Hopefully I'll run into a few of you there!

Hello every one! My name is Logan an I'm 25 working a job that's not going to ever take me to where I want to be. Real estate investing although does not sound easy to me I'm going to give it 100%. I want to focus on whole sales first of all since it seems the least risky and most educational. A few skills I want to get down first is how to price properties effectively.
