As of now, no (besides wholesaling). Genuinely I'm open to anything as I do more research on what I might want to do because as the title says, I'm a COMPLETE newbie haha.

Hi! I'm Logan McCoy and I'm a full-time student at the University of North Alabama. Honestly, I've been incredibly interested with investing in real estate for quite a long time now, it just took me seeing others being successful and me being tired of hardly making it by. I know this road is NOT easy, but at the very least I would like to learn as much as possible so I can one day put the knowledge to use. My interest currently is with wholesaling (I know) but for the time being, just to get my feet wet.

It'll be great to get involved here!
