HI Jake! Thank you for the response, I reside in California. So I was unsure if that would play a role and should have mentioned that. I do work for a company who has an LLC that we may joint venture on projects. Would this change the outcome of an LLC?

If buying - selling homes in Arizona (wholesaling - flix & flip) do I need to set up an LLC to do so.
