I have seen posts about possible funding but am unsure of how legit it is and cannot find much information, if anyone has any insight. The company is K&T Abundance Consulting LLC Website: https://www.ktabundanceconsulting.com/?fbclid=IwAR0MzZS0VedG...      Anyone with more experience that can assist, it would be greatly appreciated.

Quote from @Jared Hottle:

Just keep grinding that is part of the journey. Expect things to go wrong thats what makes others quit. If it is producing that much cash flow without multiple offers there is probably something that is making it less appealing to other investors. Do not be afraid of that just identify what those things are (location, age of home, repairs needed, etc) adjust for them and keep on moving. Excited for you!

I've been listening to BP for a few months.  About a month ago I found a property that would create a decent cash flow but my partner financing fell through.  Two weeks ago we found another house but our offer was on the wrong end of multiple offers.  Just had another home hit the market and its looking like a unicorn that could produce 700-1000 a month cash flow, even after paying utilities for one of the 3 units. Put our offer in tonight and fingers crossed and if accepted hope the insp/appraisal goes well.  Fingers crossed.
