Thank you, guys!  @Jake Fugman, @Brandon Vukelich, I would be interested in more information on eXp Realty.  Right now I just need somewhere to place my license as I won't be up there until next summer.  Right now I hold my license myself here in Texas as I do not need the support of a larger brokerage for my current purposes.

Hi!  I am in the process of preparing to move to the Seattle area next summer and as part of those preparations I am planning to sit for the Washington Managing Broker Reciprocity Exam next month.  I am looking for a Brokerage to associate my license with once  it is finalized, but have not had any luck finding one that is willing to hang my license while I am living out of state.  Does anyone know of a Brokerage that might be open to this?  I have been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker (equivalent of a Managing Broker in Washington) for over 18 years.
